The Concept

At the heart of Center for Supportive Communities (CSC) lies a mission to foster supportive environments for youth development, led by behavior analysts Dr. Kelsey Dachman and Madison Graham. CSC approached ShineThru with a vision to establish a modern, engaging digital identity that could effectively communicate their values and appeal to a diverse audience, including kids, teens, families, corporations, and grant agencies. They came to ShineThru without any branding or marketing material yet built, eager to develop a multifaceted new brand.

CSC faced the challenge of creating a digital identity that was not only vibrant and appealing to youth and families but also maintained a professional and tasteful demeanor for corporate and grant agency engagement. The goal was to effectively convey their personality, value proposition, and commitment to modernity while facilitating growth as a startup nonprofit organization.

Our Approach: Building a Strong Digital Presence

  1. Kick-Off Call + Workshop: A comprehensive workshop outlined CSC's business goals, value propositions, personality, ideal clients, and aesthetic preferences, ensuring alignment for the project.
  2. Brand Deck (First Round): ShineThru developed an initial brand deck, setting the visual direction for the brand, including mood boards, color palettes, and fonts, before diving into logo design.
  3. Logo Design: Three logo options were presented, aligning with the approved visual direction and brand attributes defined in the deck.
  4. Final Brand Style Guide: The final brand deck solidified brand colors, fonts, and guidelines for logo and icon usage.
  5. Templates for Launch: ShineThru provided essential templates for a successful brand launch, including Facebook and website banners, and business cards.
  6. Website Design: ShineThru collaborated with CSC to create a performance-optimized website, designed for lead capture, engagement, and alignment with CSC's brand vision. The design elements seamlessly integrated with the new brand identity.
